Withdrawal Successful but Amount Not Credited – UTR Provided

Hello BC.Game Team,

I made a withdrawal of ₹21,669 which shows as SUCCESSFUL on BC.Game.

Details:
Amount: ₹21,669
Date: 13-Dec-2025
Bank: State Bank of India (SBI)

I contacted my bank (SBI) and they confirmed that the amount has NOT been received.
They asked me to request a bank-level trace or reversal from the sender.

Kindly escalate this issue to the finance/payment gateway team and let me know:
1) Current status of the transaction
2) Whether it is pending or will be reversed
3) Expected timeline for resolution
